Terms of Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BoostCoree website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
BoostCoree provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to market research, outreach campaigns, and consulting. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure that all materials provided to BoostCoree do not violate any third-party rights
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, pricing, and schedules will be defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 business days of receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables created by BoostCoree as part of a service engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. BoostCoree retains the right to use anonymized case studies and performance data for portfolio purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
BoostCoree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
